What about my record? A lot of people ask me this and I want to tell you that you actually have three records, not one universal record. The first record is going to be your arrest record. Just by being taken to the station in cuffs, booked and printed, you now have an arrest record.
The second record will be your driving record. The officer has already taken your driver’s license and they are taking action against your driving record and your license. That is the second record you’ll deal with.
The third record is the more traditional one that people think of, and that is the court record. This is the one that we can have a tremendous impact on, and that’s why we work so hard to protect you at the Edge Law Firm.
