Since our goal is to get your charges completely dismissed, we assume that every case we handle will go to trial—and we review all of the facts to determine the best defense strategy for each of our clients.

What Will Your Defense Cost?

Every DUI case is different, and in terms of cost, there is no “one-size-fits-all” price for an attorney. The amount you pay will vary based on the complexity of the case, your prior criminal record, and the severity of the charges against you, as well as the attorney’s education, rate of success, and overall experience. While legal representation does not come cheap, when you consider our firm’s skill and level of expertise, we think you will find our fees quite reasonable.

Payment Plans

We charge one flat fee so there won’t be any surprises when you get your final bill. In addition, we also accept a number of payment methods and will work with you to customize a payment plan that fits your budget. After evaluating your case, you will be given a firm fee that will include ALL work on all the issues. We do not leave you hanging or have “extras or add-ons.” Everything will be detailed in writing before we begin.
