TSA PreCheck and Global Entry Pass with DUI
The Transportation Service Administration—or TSA— has developed two programs that are excellent option for people who travel frequently for work or leisure. The TSA Global Entry Pass and PreCheck programs make it possible for travelers to bypass long lines in security and customs and to even board airplanes faster.
DUI Conviction and Travel
There are a number of offenses that can keep you from qualifying for a TSA program—including a DUI conviction. In fact, if you have been convicted of or pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor or felony DUI within the past 10 years, you will not be eligible for TSA PreCheck status or a Global Entry Pass.
Fight Your Charges
What many people do not consider when facing DUI charges is that a conviction or a guilty plea can follow you for years to come. If you have been charged with a DUI in Oklahoma, you need to protect your future.
